GET IN TOUCH
If you love the countryside, then you’ll be inspired by this relaxed wedding.
Sam and Eloise got married at the spectacular Dryridge Estate, a winery in the Blue Mountains. It was a wonderful fun wedding, with one of the biggest bridal parties I have ever seen and an awesome kick-ass band to keep guests entertained.
The ceremony took place overlooking the beautiful vineyards and Blue Mountains, and was surrounded by fields, which was lovely. The ceremony included the couple reading their own vows. It was a moving occasion, full of love and laughter.
After the ceremony, we took some time out for photos, which is such a great time for the newly married couple to have some time to let it sink in, and I got some really special photos Sam and Eloise exploring the vineyards. The weather at this chilled wedding was super cosy and sunny, which allowed guests to hang out outside well into the evening.
The reception was held in a marquee. The venue is perfect for weddings because you can hire the entire venue for the weekend including accommodation, and itβs got such a spectacular vibe, especially outdoors as the sun goes down.
For the reception, the couple had organised a cocktail bar for their guests, and everyone said how amazing it was. Guests were then called for to sit down for a shared meal, which was a really lovely way for the guests to get to know each other, plus the food β it was delicious.
After the speeches, everyone had some cake, and the party kicked off. The live band kept the party going all night. Not only were guests dancing on the dance floor, but they were also dancing in the nearby paddock. Ahhhh, pre-covid times were amazing.
The evening ended with a βlast danceβ, which had everyone on the dance floor, moshpit-style, and everyone had a great time. The whole relaxed wedding was everything I love about weddings, from the bride’s incredible dress by Daniel Learmont Couture to the awesome live band.
