• We would love to book... what are the next steps?

Yay! Send me a message via email or my contact form. I will then let you know my availability and if everything matches up I will forward a booking form. Once the booking form has been completed, I will issue a 50% invoice with the balance due 2 weeks prior to your wedding. I also offer payment plans upon request.

• What happens if your gear fails or if you are ill?

I take as many precautions as possible. I shoot with two cameras and a range of lenses. My cameras are dual slot meaning low risk of corrupt files. If I am unable to attend your wedding, I will let you know as soon as possible and arrange for a replacement (either via refund or under myself and I will edited the images). If something happens on the day, I am a member of a large group of photographers who can step in last minute.

• How long until I will receive my images?

Allow up to 6 weeks during peak season. Generally, your online gallery will be ready within 3-4 weeks and your USB will be posted shortly afterwards.

• Can I have all of the images you took?

Simply, no! I only provide edited images which are a true representation of my work. You will still receive over 500 images for full day coverage though!

• Do you provide all of the edited images in black & white as well as colour?

No. As I am editing some images “speak” to me in black and white and others in colour. The majority are in colour. If there are any black and white images that you would like to also have in colour (and vice versa), just ask!

• Your website doesn’t show any formal group images. do you take any?

Of course! I just don’t show these as they’re not representative of my style. I do ask that you try to limit your list to 6 group images as there are always additional ones that pop up on the day.
