Once again I second shot this LG Fine Art Weddings, which is always guaranteed to be a great day!
When I arrived at The Olde Bell in Hurley, I found the groom and his ushers getting ready. They were ironing, de-linting, polishing their shoes and somewhat struggling to put on their buttonholes but one seasoned buttonholer came to the rescue!
Once ready, we started the short walk through Hurley Village to St Mary The Virgin church. It was at the end of a pretty laneway and the smell in the air was amazing – farm fresh!
Emma arrived looking beautiful, as did her bridesmaids. I loved the high ceilings of the church and the upstairs organ section which allowed for some images from above as she walked down to her husband-to-be.
After the ceremony, we all walked back to The Olde Bell for a few drinks and lawn games before crossing the road to the barn for the wedding breakfast.
The groomsmen speech was awesome – Lucy from LG and myself were in stitches! Lastly it was time for the first dance. The barn was lit with purples, yellows and blues and made for some of the best images!
Till next time…
